With her 30th birthday just around the corner, Tyra opens up about her travels this year and her plans to celebrate her milestone birthday in Thailand! She also reflects on the nervousness and excitement of stepping into a new decade of life.

Tyra also gets candid about her dating life, revealing her decision to stop wasting time with men she doesn't truly want to be with, and sharing her experience of talking to a compulsive liar for three months—a decision she regrets. We have a lot to discuss, let’s dive into the episode!
