Chakan: The Forever Man Video Walkthrough

At the request of Jelani J here at YouTube, I present to you a video walkthrough / playthrough / runthrough / etc of the Sega Genesis version of Chakan: The Forever Man.

While this was an interesting game, it took a wee bit to get used to everything. I want to say the controls are a bit clunky...

I suppose if you really wanted to get to all the hidden rooms and whatnot in this game, you could set a path of which stages to do first so you can collect the weapons and still be able to use them in order to find all the hidden goodies, but for the most part I didn't really try to do that. I do find a few hidden rooms, but I don't go out of my way really to find them.

As for weapon choices, there might have been better times to use the ax, scythe, etc...But for the most part it came down to personal choice I guess. There were a few times I used a weapon which I thought was the best choice.

There is a reason I leave the video running after I beat the game. You have to wait about 15 minutes before a tiny little extra pops up before the game resets itself. I didn't want to leave it out, so I waited...Thankfully you can just skip to the last couple of seconds of the video when you get to that point... :P
