We have been ill-trained by our environment to imagine that sarcasm in the form of making fun of people it's a form of mockery we've been trained to think that it's okay. It is not in your marriage. There are forms of sarcasm in your marriage that are fine. You could be sarcastic about some political figures. You could be sarcastic about some sort of event but anything that's directed at your spouse is off-limits why it's kind of simple if you think about it why did you get married.

You got married to be happy. Part of that package is to bring happiness into your sacred major marriage space so when you introduce, let's call it another word. Let's call it bullying although it's bullying light, let's call it making fun of mocking anytime you do that you're risking big time, hurting your spouse's feelings. They may not say anything, they may smile they may even compliment you on saying something funny but there's a subconscious reflexive action that's saying to them.

The message is that you don't consider them. You don't think much of them and you're putting them down so you have to be very very careful about sarcasm and that's the message I wanted to give you today. It's a very important one.
