How to Pre Cut Applique Fabric Using an SVG with Silhouette Cameo | Machine Embroidery Applique

In today's tutorial, I will go over step-by-step how to create, setup, cut, and use an electronic cutting machine like a Silhouette Cameo or Cricut to precut applique fabric for machine embroidery and applique. I specifically use Sew What Pro Embroidery Software and Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to create the SVG file from a machine embroidery file. I use my Silhouette Cameo 4 to cut the fabric for the applique.
