Dynamic Posture-Dynamic Walking Exercise with Dr. Todd Martin. Learn how to actively create proper posture using your core muscles in your waist and in your hips. Proper walking technique requires the same dynamic activation of the core muscles, and they must be activated in the correct sequence. In this series of exercises, you will learn how to use four specific patters of core activation that create proper posture and walking technique. Each of these exercises power use hip flexion to power the movement. In my next video, we will work on four patterns of core movement that use hip extension. These exercises will help your posture and your balance. Strengthen your core muscles, including your lower abdominals, your hip flexors, your gluteus maximus, and your gluteus medius.
