Skirt steak, sautéed peppers and onions is smothered with cheese and wrapped in egg roll wrappers and fried to perfection in these Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls. This is going to be your go to appetizer or snack when you want to impress without a lot of stress.

2 lbs skirt steak
Onions and bell peppers
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Egg rolls sheets
Provolone cheese


Creamy butter sauce
4 tbsps. Unsalted butter
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1/2 cup heavy cream
