CSC SPV is the Implementing Agency for the Seventh Economic Census of India, appointed by Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Government of India. EC 2019 will cover about 35 crores Structures (households and enterprises) all across the country. CSC SPV is deploying 12,00,000 Enumerators and Supervisors to undertake this mega project. For the first time the data capture for census issuing to take place on digital platform. Enabling the ministry to monitor on real time the progress and performance. State Government and FOD of MOSPI will be jointly supervising the coverage and quality. All 12,00,000 Enumerators and Supervisors are going to be trained on learning Management System developed by CSC SPV and selected through online proctored examination.
