Stupid Nintendo Games (Scott the Woz) | Rhythm Heaven / Heaven Studio Custom Remix

Описание к видео Stupid Nintendo Games (Scott the Woz) | Rhythm Heaven / Heaven Studio Custom Remix

Woke up one day, decided to watch some random Scott the Woz Clips out of boredom, and then the idea of a custom remix with Stupid Nintendo Games went into my head. I then proceeded to finish the ENTIRE THING (music and textures) in one day. I didn't record that day though just in case I missed something. Oh boy, I did. 10+ recordings later, brings us here. (I blame it taking so long becasue of the Song Info at the start and how I forgot it last minute so I had to rerecord multiple times and the random lag since I was recording with Unity because some textures wouldn't work when I built the game god help)

I'm really proud of this one. Even though I said I was gonna cool with textures, I felt like this song deserves some, and it worked out greater than I thought it would. My art skills are still trash, but hey, least I drew Scott kinda not really!

This is usually where I would say to subscribe and all that, but now that I'm realizing it, it would be nice if people knew what all the textures are supposed to be, because I'm too much of a Scott addict.

Main Games:

Spaceball: The batter is supposed to be Scott, and near the 50 second mark, he changes his color palette into something reminiscent of the Guy Game Suit. This was used in "The Guy Game" episode, and returns in "Borderline Forever" (aka where Stupid Nintendo Games is featured in). I was planning to give him his hat he has when he's in the suit, but I decided a color palette swap would work as well (also because i suck at art). He hits CD's because of his known record of destroying games. He also hits Madden 09 Super-Stars for the Wii and a Gameboy. Scott hates Madden 09, and even mentions it in the song as a disgrace. The Gameboy has the Gameboy filter to go with. The area where the batter bats is now the iconic Blue Border.

Lockstep: I gave them glasses and changed the color palette. Supposed to be reminiscent of Scott.

Second Contact: Farmer Bob is now Scott. He now talks about video games instead of bitches. The Translator is now Dick Vitale, specifically Dick from the boxart of Dick Vitale's "Awesome Baby" College Hoops, which was the premise of the episode "It's Awesome Baby!". The background is now Scott's game room.

Fan Club: The idol is now Scott (seeing any patterns?). The backup dancers are now wearing football helmets, and run of stage when Scott says "If you said Madden 09’ and skin, Get the fuck out of my face.". The background is blue. Self explainatory.

One-offs: (these's will also explain the reasoning why I chose the games for each character that appears/talks in Stupid Nintendo Games)

Wizard's Waltz: Terry Lesler is a vegan, Wizard's Waltz is about a wizard making flowers. Flowers are plants. Vegan's like plants. Also more green for the textures.

The Clappy Trio: I honestly don't have a really good reason for choosing this one for Target Employee other than I feel like Clappy Trio already had the Target vibe I was looking for. The textures are more straight forward though. The trio are wearing a red shirt with khakis, what Target Employees wear. The "Trio Timing!" sign now says Target, and the background is also red. Self explainatory.

Double Date: Probably my favorite game texture wise. This game is based on Rex Mohs. In the episode "Homecoming", Rex is the chaperone for Scott's Homecoming, and is very anti-sex. He wears a shirt in the episode that is just a white shirt with the words "SEX? NO." written on. Since Rex is so anti-sex, the Crush and the Female Weasel are just gone.

Dog Ninja: Jeb Jab likes Gex. Dog Ninja is now Gex. It works. The sign now has a piece of paper on it saying "GEX". This is a reference to how Scott tricked Jeb Jab into thinking they're playing Gex in the "Dark Age of Nintendo" series. Gex.

I think I might like Scott.
