President Mwai Kibaki says he is ready for his impending retirement, as his ten - year term as the Head of State comes to a close. Kibaki is however urging Kenyans to put the country's development on the first lane, even as he prepares to hand over power after the March 4th election, saying whoever succeeds him should ensure Kenya becomes an export hub. The outgoing President took time to take stock of his tenure, as he presided over the groundbreaking ceremony of the Konza Techno City.
