Using InfraNodus, you can import customer reviews for any product on Amazon (or any other source, using the CSV import app) and visualize what the customers are thinking about a product.

You can see the recurrent topics, filter the reviews by positive / negative, compare the positive ones to the negative ones, and also compare the products to each other.

This can be very useful for improving customer service, studying competition, or even just if you want to do some shopping and you need to have an insight about the product you're thinking about.
