🇨🇱 #MarbleCaves - located on the shores of Lake General Carrera (Lago General Carrera) in Chile

Carrera is one of the ten deepest lakes in the world - its depth reaches 590 meters, and its area is approximately 1850 square kilometers😲

The natural monument was hidden from people for a long time behind a huge glacier. Over the course of 6 thousand years, the latter gradually melted, creating and opening caves made of marble of incredible colors to people.

The most favorite places for tourists in the marble caves are rightfully considered:
📍Marble Cathedral (El Cathedral)
📍Marble Cave (Las Cavernas)
📍Marble Chapel (La Capella)

To get to the Marble Caves, tourists need to travel 1,300 km from the capital of Chile, Santiago, to the nearest large city, Coyhaique. Then there is a 300 km long path to the south, which will lead to the lake
