The government of Lesotho and Rwanda are finding common areas for collaboration. Through the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda, and the organisation Partners in Health, students from Lesotho with exceptional results will receive full medical training scholarships.
The stringent programme ties deserving students to a contract, ensuring that they will return to serve marginalised communities for a minimum of six years.
Only one student made the cut for the current academic year.
