Week 1: Introduction & Epidemiology
Definition of pediatric heart failure

Epidemiological data and global burden

Differences between adult and pediatric heart failure

Week 2: Etiology by Age Group
Fetal causes: anemia, arrhythmias, Ebstein anomaly

Neonatal causes: congenital heart defects, myocarditis, hypertension

Infant to adolescent causes: cardiomyopathies, Kawasaki disease, rheumatic fever, cancer therapy effects

Week 3: Pathophysiology
Hemodynamic changes

Neurohormonal and molecular derangements

Compensatory mechanisms

Week 4: Clinical Manifestations
