Richard Lewis, veteran esports journalist and Editor-at-Large for Dexerto, is the star of the 243rd Episode of 'Reflections'.

Richard is a two time Esports Awards Journalist of the Year winner and is arguably the most decorated and well known esports journalist in the history of the field. His work, from breaking the iBUYPOWER match-fixing story to uncovering countless details about Astralis' business dealings, continues to lead the industry, as can be seed by the quality of the "Esports Iron Curtain" series this year for Dexerto.

In part one, Richard discusses the trends in esports journalism over the last few years, from faceless leakers to award nominees ignoring ethics; bad actors and mobs roving through the industry; and why gate-keeping is a necessity.
