With a neutral archivist voice and primary sources, we map the key weeks when the Ghost Dance moved from hope to confrontation, from November telegrams to the death of Sitting Bull and the encirclement of Spotted Elk’s Miniconjou. The film closes with aftermath and continuance—winter counts, community memory, and present-day nations whose endurance reframes the story.
