Config wuthering wave v1.1 version HDR Lite v9.4.6 + Guide edit script

What's New and Improvements?
1. Fixed the visual area because the value was too high.
2. Balanced visual and performance across all versions.
3. Added a water script and tweaked the water refraction script.
4. Added shadow resolution.
5. Particles use the CPU, and Niagara uses the GPU.(Beta)
6. Removed AA & FSR scripts, except for FSR mode (performance mode by me).
7. Added scripts to complete the setup.
8. Removed unnecessary scripts already present in the game settings.

This is all my configuration, just based on my thoughts for both performance and visual needs. Feel free to edit as you like if you find it lacking in visual or performance aspects.
