Lalitha Mahal palace was built in 1921 by Maharaja Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV for the exclusive stay of the then Governor-General of India.It is located at the foothills of Chamundi Hills.
It is now converted to a heritage hotel. The administration is managed by the Jungle lodges and resorts.
They have a stay facility and the fine dining restaurant welcomes guests for a royal dining experience.
