My second and final day in Varanasi: the mission? Try Bhang Lassi before bidding farewell to this city. But first, to truly immerse myself in the local culture, I got myself a kurta, traditional Indian attire. Then, the real challenge began: finding Bhang Lassi that wouldn't repeat the unfortunate episode of my last visit. What started off as a bit of an adventure led me to a government shop to source my own Bhang ingredients. Later, I decided to try Bhang again, this time opting for the lassi shop's version but with a crucial request: boil it, to ensure no repeat of last time's illness.
