today i am sharing new method to make dudhi nu shaak ,, everybody don’t like lauki/dudhi sabji but here i have tried new style of sabji which is very tasty so try out this recipe

dudhi nu shaak ingredients
250 gram dudhi
for merination
salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp ginger chilly paste
1 tbsp oil
1.5 tbsp curd
1 tbsp besan
rest fo 15 minutes

3 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp hing
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 chopped tomato
salt
1 pinch turmeric
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
water
coriander for garnishing
