Naomi Whittel’s Clean & Green Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients

1 large handful of leafy greens

½ cucumber, cubed

½ avocado

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Juice from ½ lemon

1 capsule ashwagandha powder (600mg) *open capsule and add to smoothie

1 capsule resveratrol (500mg) *open capsule and add to smoothie

2 tablespoons black seed oil

2 tablespoons MCT oil

1 scoop vitamin-packed superfood powder

1 cup filtered water

Process

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
