This is part 5 (video #10) of a multi part series taking you step by step through the process of turning an EVA foam floor mat, or Sintra sheet into realistic Boba/Jango Fett style Mandalorian armor, perfect for Cosplay, Halloween or Fan Films.
In this episode we work on adding the shoulder studs and knee dart projectors as well as a tweak to the knee armor itself.

If you want to use the same Boba Fett Flight Suit as me, you can find it here:

There used to be quite a few Flight/Jump Suit Patterns out there but they seem to have vanished.
The only thing I could find was a post on the Mandalorian Mercs with some helpful suggestions.

Here it is:

There are 2 commercial patterns for coveralls that can be adapted for a Mandalorian Flight Suit, Green Pepper #142 and KwikSew #3389. Both will require a decent amount of modification to be made to work. If you want a screen accurate flight suit, do not even think about using the first pattern, start with the Kwik-Sew and go from there. You can also take a standard shirt and trouser pattern, grade the waist of the shirt to match the trouser waist, then raise the trouser waist by 2-3" and connect them.

Green Pepper #142.
Very easy pattern to sew.
High collar
front closes to neck
Uses set in semi-raglan sleeve design without conventional armhole
Impossible to make a screen accurate flight suit without re-drafting the pattern

Kwik-Sew #3389
Alter collar from lay down to standing. (easy)
Alter Lapels to straight placket front (easy)
Add Center Back seam (Easy)
Remove Back Yoke and transfer yoke ease to center back seam (moderate)
Eliminate breast pockets (easy)
Raise the Armhole and Reduce sleeve volume (moderate to hard)
Option 1 use smaller size armhole transposed to larger size (moderate), taper sleeves
Option 2 Redraw armhole and draft new sleeve (for the brazen, brave or highly skilled)
Add short outer sleeve. (easy or moderate depending on which armhole option you choose)
Eliminate slash pockets at hip (easier than you think)
Eliminate Back Pockets (easy)
Add desired hip pouches, Shin Pockets etc.
