Open your file and find your lock file.
Right click and go to propriety .
Now click on Advance
Uncheck the encrypt contents to secure data.
click OK.
now click on apply.
if the file show the error of error applying attribute, click on ignore and copy the certificate from the system where you copy these file and have pad lock.

Now press win key + R and type MMC (Microsoft Management Console)
Go to file and click on add or Remove Snap in.
Click on Certificate #windowCertificate
Click on add and check My user Account and Click on Finnish. and now click on OK
A certificate is create.
now this time is export time.
now again click on Console Root and click on Certificate and click on personal, click on Certificate.
now check Encrypting file System R-click on this file and all task at the last tab is export. click on it.

click on Next and now check the box on export the private #certificate.
now add the password ******.
now this page is saving page. add the path which you want to save the Certificate file and copy for other Device.

now on the other PC double click on the certificate and it will automatically install the certificate and you can use.

now again the same process . at the time of applying encrypting device could not show the massage of encrypting error.
after a while it will show to click on OK button. now your file is encrypting and you can remove the Padlock from your file.
