The Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 7-5 at home on Friday evening. An RBI double by Ke’Bryan Hayes in the sixth inning got their first run on the board. The seventh inning is where the Buccos gained the lead when Carlos Santana started off the inning by hitting an RBI double to score 2 runs. Shortly after, both Ke’Bryan Hayes and Josh Palacios hit back-to-back home runs to end the night, defeating the Cardinals 7-5
