Paris Elementary School ACA P-50 Tornado Siren Test

For this month's test, I decided to go over to Paris Elementary School to film their ACA P-50. I chose to film this siren this month because it's #6 in the counties system, and for it being the 6th month of the year. Unfortunately, though, luck was not on my side today because, as you'll see in the video, this P-50 only rotated and didn't sound at all, which leads me to believe that it was probably struck by lightning or it might be a blown capacitor.
