একদা বনী ইসরাইলের কিছু লোক এসে হযরত দাউদ (আঃ) এর নিকট বলল, হুজুর! আমাদেরকে কিয়ামতের কিছু আলামত দেখান, যাতে আমাদের ঈমান আরও মজবুত হয়। হযরত দাউদ (আঃ) বনি ইসরাইলদেরকে বললেন, আগামী তিনদিন পরে ঈদ। তোমরা ঈদের দিন ময়দানে এসো, তাহলে তোমরা কিছু কিয়ামতের আলামত দেখতে পাবে। এই বলে তাদেরকে বিদায় করলেন।
