President Zelenskyy of Ukraine virtually addresses the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday after over 100 U.N. members including the U.S. voted to allow Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to give his video address to the General Assembly virtually citing the “very exceptional circumstance” of the war with Russia.
