I’ve spent 3 days in Parma Italy, eating my way through the city and enjoying all the beauty it has to offer. Come join me to see Parma, my hotel in Reggio Emilia (neighbouring city), visit a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, the main Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium and have lots of lambrusco (and delicious pasta, meats and cheese)! I’ve put all the restaurants, etc in the timings so you can book if anything tickles your fancy.
