Reworked Reksai TLDR;

Passive - Now heals for Max % HP, so heal for a lot with HP items
E True Damage Gone - Now deals Max % HP. No Scaling. Like a tank (Ornn W, Poppy Q examples)
Ult deals more % Missing HP, so when people are low they die easier, even with no AD
