Governor Hochul Delivers Remarks at the Business Council of New York State Annual Meeting

Governor Hochul: “I come from a business family, they worked hard. Taxes are a factor in your calculation of where you're going to do your business. And I want you to stay here and I want you to grow, and I want you to be successful, that is my promise to all of you.”

Hochul: “I look forward to continuing a deep relationship with the business community, because you matter to me in ways that you'll never understand, because I know the struggles. I know how hard it is to start out, I know when you're just looking around the corner, you're not sure what's going to happen, competition from abroad, will there be tariffs, there's a lot of uncertainty, but you are the resilient ones who power through this, and I'm really truly proud to represent you as your Governor.”
