LabelChip for Dymo 5XL, the solution to print cheap labels again

LabelChip for Dymo 5XL and Dymo 550 + 550 Turbo.

With the introduction of Dymo's new generation of label printers, only original Dymo labels are compatible, as third-party labels are no longer supported. This is due to a small chip embedded in the label roll, which the printer reads before printing. The LabelChip is a smart solution that bypasses this restriction. By replacing the original label roll reader with the LabelChip, users can once again use third-party labels seamlessly.

Dymo has made some changes to the LabelWriter firmware in 2024. The LabelChip is currently compatible with both the old and new versions of Firmware.
