olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbs sliced ginger
3/4 cup honey
3 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbs red pepper flakes
1/2 Tbs whole peppercorns
4 star anise
