Below are the instruction to deploy on a updated and running Rocky Linux 8

**** Download the current version of Webmin with the command:

wget https://www.webmin.com/download/webmi...

**** Unpack it with the command:

tar xvf webmin-current.tar.gz

**** Create a directory for Webmin with:

sudo mkdir -p /usr/local/webmin

sudo ./webmin-XXX/setup.sh /usr/local/webmin/

**** Finally open the firewall with the commands:

sudo firewall-cmd --add-port=10000/tcp --permanent
sudo firewall-cmd --reload

**** Browse with webmin to /var/www/html and delete info.php for next steps



**** Install PhpIpam
**** https://phpipam.net/documents/install...

dnf -y install git php-gmp php-pdo_mysql php-gd php-pear-Mail

** dnf -y install
** dnf -y install
** dnf -y install
** dnf -y install

****** Using git clone from phpipam into directory

git clone --recursive https://github.com/phpipam/phpipam.git /var/www/html/

****** Go to the installation directory

cd /var/www/html/

****** Checkout the version 1.5

git checkout -b 1.5 origin/1.5

***** Create and Modify config.php

cp config.dist.php config.php

**** Find near the top of config.php and change the following line using nano or webmin

nano config.php

$db['host'] = '127.0.0.1';
***** Change to
$db['host'] = 'localhost';


**** Open a webbrowser and point to your new phpipam server
ifconfig from cmd line to get your ipaddress

**** If everything installed correctly you should be asked to login first time and change admin password.
