🔴 Ingredients:

➡️ For Crispy Chicken:

1 kg chicken
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup corn flour
➡️ For Honey Garlic Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
2 tsp chopped garlic
½ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup ketchup
½ cup honey
1 tsp vinegar
A pinch of food color
Sesame seeds for garnish
🔴 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix chicken, eggs, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, garlic powder, all-purpose flour, and corn flour. Coat well and fry until golden brown.
2️⃣ In a pan, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté. Add soy sauce, ketchup, honey, vinegar, and food color. Stir well.
3️⃣ Add the fried chicken to the sauce and mix until fully coated.
4️⃣ Sprinkle sesame seeds, serve hot, and enjoy! 😍
