Gain full control over playback dynamics in Sibelius by turning on live playback, selecting the musical passage, and adjusting velocities through the inspector window. The 'transform' button can help create crescendos or diminuendos in longer passages. For individual notes or shorter passages, we use hairpins, manually adjusting the percentage of dynamic change in the inspector window. While there may be limitations with MIDI playback, Sibelius sounds work well for these techniques.
