Bristol's experimental psych-rock trio Bubblegum Hypnosis bring their explosive sonic journey to the Astral studio. Known for their "anything goes" attitude and thunderous live performances, the band delivers an immersive set that traverses the sonical landscape with eastern psych influences, prog-inspired riffs, and garage-infused intensity.
Fresh off the release of their sophomore album "Through the Sands" via Stolen Body Records, Bubblegum Hypnosis showcase the evolution in their songwriting while maintaining the raw energy that has seen them open for Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Acid Mothers Temple, and Temples. From explosive thrash-infused passages to hypnotic improvised journeys, their music embodies the spirit of both prog and psych rock with influences ranging from Jimi Hendrix and King Gizzard to Osees and Black Sabbath.
