Ever since we learned about Al Maha, this resort has been on our must visit list. We thought December is the perfect time to visit Dubai because we heard the heat in the summer can be pretty brutal. Boy, we were so glad we visited in the winter. The weather was perfect!!

We had pretty high expectations visiting this resort since it is priced at $2000USD per night. Of course we used our hard earned Marriott points to redeem ;). Would we spend $2000 for a night at this resort? Probably not but if you have the points, it is quite worth it!
