In this video, I'm proud to present SchemeSeva, a full-stack mobile application designed to bridge the information gap and bring vital government schemes to the people who need them most.

The biggest challenge for many rural and non-English-speaking citizens is understanding complex government policies. SchemeSeva tackles this head-on by automatically generating short, easy-to-understand explainer videos in Hindi, making crucial information accessible to everyone.

🚀 In this demo, you'll see:
✅ The complete user journey on the React Native mobile app.
✅ How the Python backend uses FFmpeg to automatically create and narrate videos.
✅ Personalized scheme recommendations based on a user's profile.
✅ Seamless integration with AWS S3 for video storage and Supabase for database and authentication.
✅ A tour of the clean and accessible UI designed with React Native Paper.

This project was developed as part of the IC-202P Design Practicum to create technology with real-world social impact.
