The Whiskey Crusaders review Sweetens Cove 2021 Release Tennessee Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey which comes in at 113.7 proof. Sweeten's Cove 2021 Release is made up of 4-, 6-, and 16-year barrels from multiple places and stored at multiple places all in TN. It started with 264 barrels and then broken down into batches of 5 to 10 barrels till this final batch was made which has 42,000 bottles in compared to the original release of 14k in 2020. Four new states were added this year including Texas to the release. Sweetens Cove was founded in 2019 when they bought the 9-hole golf course at the end of a gravel road in the Sequatchie Valley in TN. It’s referred to as the Field of Dreams of golf for its beauty. It also has a dream team behind in Marianne Eaves as master blender formerly the master blender at Castle & Key and worked just under Chris Morris at Woodford. Investors in the brand are Peyton Manning, Andy Roddick, Jim Nantz, and Drew Holcomb. One of the traditions of the course is that it has no clubhouse but on the first tee for the first time you play is a celebratory shot of whiskey.
