NYC Installs Cameras… To Tax The Poor

New cameras recently were set up in locations the city promised would be free from what many are calling a tax on the poor - nyc’s congestion pricing scheme to ticket drivers daily for entering manhattan. The new cameras apparently wont be used to charge tolls… for now.
