But wait, a Dirty Martini uses brine this pickled cocktail thing just might work. And then admit it, who hasn't gone into the fridge opened the pickle jar and had a sip? Easy and simple ingredients, bold flavors, these are the things that are supposed to dominate the cocktail scene. Join me as we make this bold flavored cocktail that gets its origins from Brooklyn’s Bushwick Country Club.

Pickleback Recipe
Ingredients
2 oz/60 ml Irish Whiskey
1.5 oz/45 ml Pickle juice
.75 oz/22.5 ml fresh lime juice
.5 oz/15 ml simple syrup
Pickle spear for garnish
Directions
Add ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake to chill. Double strain into a rocks filled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a Pickle spear and serve.
