Water (Correction: it was 3:1 Chloride to Sulfate)

9.6 ppm Magnesium
56 ppm Sulfate
156.3 ppm Chloride

I usually do a combination of Calcium Chloride, Gypsum and a small amount of Epsom Salt for beers requiring larger water profiles like a NEIPA. Otherwise you end up with too much Calcium.

30g Citra (12.8% AA) @ 8 mins for 8.2 IBUs
30g Citra (12.8% AA) @ 4 mins for 4.4 IBUs

Whirlpool @ 170 F
90g Citra (12.8% AA) for 30 mins for 11 IBUs
60g Bru-1 (14.5% AA) for 30 mins for 8.3 IBUs

a total of 31.9 (not 36) IBUs, I really need to have notes in front of me when doing the tasting.
It feels like more bitterness than that for a 7.5% personally, but it doesn't bother me.

Yeast Nutrient added to starter before pitching since I forgot to add it - was having too much fun.

Yeast
London 1318 w/ a starter.
Ferment @ 67F.

Dry Hoppage

1st
Day 3 (2 days after pitching yeast since it was a bit sluggish)
60g Citra
30g Bru-1

2nd
Day 7 (as fermentation was slowing)
Raised temperature to 69.5 and dry hopped with 100g El Dorado.

Cold crashed the next day and kegged 2 days after that.
