Ingredients:

20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
3.4 oz box of instant vanilla pudding
1 container of whipped topping (8 oz.)

Mix pineapple and pudding first. Then fold in whipped topping.

variations: try Coconut whipped topping, a different fruit like mandarin oranges


Let me know what you think or another variation you have tried.

I enjoyed the dessert. It is light and fluffy. I have tried another version that had some tang in the taste. They may have added a little greek yogurt or sour cream.
