The Tuning i have used is D# A# D# A#
This is a tuning used by Indian classical Violin players its Sa Pa of lower octave and Sa Pa of the middle octave we can also tune our Sa to D then the Tuning will be D A D A
And if we Tune our Sa to E then E B E B depending on the sound of your violin or whichever you prefer

For western style players the tuning is G D A E so they can see the style of bowing only

For the speed exercise i am playing with Tabla ( teentaal 16 beats ) on the ishala app you can find that on google play store or you can practice with any metronome app ( 4 beats ) or other tabla apps.
