0:43 1 cup or 100g granulated sugar
0:58 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1:15 1 tbsp or 7.5g of cornstarch
1:16 1 tbsp or 15ml of water
2:20 1/2 tsp vanilla
2:28 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Makes 2 cups or 500ml
