Ingredients:
30g coffee
1,030 ml cold water

What You'll Need:
● An AeroPress: I use the Clear. https://aeropress.com/products/aeropr...
● A fridge: I hate to state the obvious here but... you need one lol.
● Coffee: 30 grams, because we’re going bold into the night.
● Grinder: Coarse grind. This will give you a rich, long brew.
● Water: Cold, straight from the tap works. Filtered if you’re fancy.
● Patience: The secret ingredient for all good things.
● Cup: But not till the morning.

Directions:
1. Weigh out and grind 30g of coffee, shooting for a coarse grind.
2. Insert filter and cap your AeroPress.
3. Put the ground coffee into the chamber and place the chamber on a scale.
4. Fill your AeroPress with 1030 ml of cold water and stir, then saran wrap 5. the top to keep your AeroPress sealed.
5. Put your AeroPress in the fridge for 8-12 hours.
6. The next morning, press your AeroPress over a glass filled with ice and dilute to taste using cold water or milk.
7. Enjoy!
