Mega Drive HDMI, EverDrive & Sonic 3 Repair

My Mega Drive was probably the first console that I ever really loved. The original Sonic games were so good, and Streets or Rage (2 in particular) was hours and hours of fun. So I decided to get it out of storage, and hook it up to my modern OLED TV - but what's the best way to do that, these days?

I look at how to use a Rad2X to get a clean HDMI connection, get your game collection on a Mega EverDrive Pro for convenience and save state support, and have a go at fixing a Sonic 3 cartridge which wasn't saving any more. Wish me luck!
