Feels fantastic - addictive!!
I was worried that the foam might be too squishy to be effective, as I've seen this complaint in other reviews, but it's definitely firm enough to give a good, relaxing massage. I especially like that the foam is soft enough that it doesn't hurt if you accidentally run it over bone. I've even used it on my head, and it feels fantastic! It also feels wonderful on my feet and neck. My mom loves it for her feet as well and uses it when she's sitting at her desk.

I prefer to use it over clothing, but it can be used on bare skin as well. It seems to be very well made. I'd highly recommend this for anyone who finds the harder plastic rollers to be too painful. If this one ever wears out, I'll buy another one iimmediately if they're still making them! (Please, Gaiam, don't stop making them!!)
