The main focus will be on how ChatGPT can be used to analyse and provide feedback on written performances, simulating the grading process. Using some published learner performances, participants will compare their own grading with ChatGPT's feedback, learning how to refine and improve the AI's suggestions to make them more useful and actionable for students.

We will also explore how to fine-tune the feedback generated by ChatGPT to align more closely with established grading criteria, ensuring that AI can support teachers effectively without replacing their essential role.
