Great ball movement. minimal time on the ball. If players can hold onto the ball for less than three seconds they can continually force opponents to adjust which can create an opening.
Skills to pass like the professionals.
1. Pre-scanning - identifying opponents and teammates before you receive the ball to help you decide what your next play will be in a shorter amount of time.
2. First touch - when receiving the ball, players want to position the ball in a direction that they want to play by utilizing the information they received during the pre-scanning phase.
3. Passing - players should pass as hard as they can accurately manage because this will provide the receiver with more time to execute their skill.

The white team is in a 1/2 court press and are unable to apply reasonable pressure because of the speed and execution of passes
