While the experience of the pandemic has presented us with some challenges, it has also offered some exciting opportunities and we're now embracing the use of technology in ways that we didn’t have time for before. Now that we have the opportunity, the incentive and the skills within the team, it’s a pleasure to see the faces and voices of more of our Volunteers making our frontline directly visible. As a result of the Covid-19 crisis, we’ll be looking at new ways of working and will be developing more of this type of work in the future.
